DunPort supports HC Partners in its acquisition of West Friesland Dakbedekkingen B.V.
DunPort Capital Management (“DunPort”) is delighted to have provided debt facilities to support HC Partner’s (“HCP”) acquisition of West Friesland Dakbedekkingen B.V (“WFD”).
Based in Andijk, Netherlands, WFD specialises in flat roofing solutions for commercial use to construction companies, housing authorities and commercial and industrial property owners.
WFD represents DunPort’s third deal in the Benelux and 21st company to have been supported by Oak Corporate Credit Fund, DunPort’s €335m lending vehicle. It represents the 67th unique company which DunPort has supported since inception.
