DunPort supports Gilde Healthcare portfolio company Synexa Life Sciences in its acquisition of Alderley Analytical Ltd.
DunPort Capital Management (“DunPort”) are delighted to have provided debt facilities to support Gilde Healthcare and its portfolio company Synexa Life Sciences (“Synexa”), in its acquisition of Alderley Analytical Ltd.
Synexa is a global provider of biomarker and bioanalytical services, headquartered in the Netherlands, and Alderley Analytical Ltd. is an independent UK-based CRO specialising in bioanalytical services in support of the drug development process.
Synexa is backed by Gilde Healthcare, a leading European specialist healthcare investor managing over €2.6bn.
Synexa represents DunPort’s eighth deal of 2024, the 20th company to have been supported by the Oak Corporate Credit Fund, DunPort’s €335m lending vehicle, and the 66th unique company which DunPort has supported overall.
